Kingsley utilizes Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Assisted stretching involves a trained professional helping an individual stretch their muscles beyond their usual range of motion. This is achieved through gentle pressure or guiding the person through specific movements. One effective technique within assisted stretching is Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). PNF stretching engages the body's proprioceptors by first contracting the targeted muscle against resistance for a few seconds, followed by a relaxation phase where the practitioner assists the individual in stretching the muscle further than they could achieve passively. This method improves flexibility, reduces muscle tension, and enhances overall mobility, making it beneficial for athletes, injury recovery, and general physical well-being.

Greetings! My name is Kingsley Dillard and I am a personal trainer that emphasizes body awareness and body transformation. My personal fitness journey started back in high school when I weighed 285lbs. My goal was to create confidence and lose as much weight as possible before the end of high
school. I joined my high school Rugby team that sparked my desire to be a better athlete. I applied for an internship at a local crossfit gym (Crossfit SoCal) in my junior year and continued training well past high school. I reached my goal of 185lbs by my senior year and then gained lean muscle that brought me up to 215lbs.
My passion to help others started as a crossfit intern for 2.5 years at ‘Crossfit SoCal’ where I learned how to recognize poor body mechanics to then apply mobility drills to remedy and immediate any pain. To then re-asses movement of: Squat, Dead lift, Bench press, Pull ups, push ups. Being able to handle little to no weight and having the exact same form while weight is applied. We look for quality in movement to have the optimal power out put.
